This special event is a celebration of good food, fine wine, and the joy of community. Our wine pairing dinners allow us to push the boundaries of dining culture in the Lehigh Valley, creating a unique, fun, and unforgettable experience for food lovers.
 

• 6:00 PM: Kick off the evening with an aperitif and light cocktail tasting.
• 7:00 PM: Indulge in a six-course meal expertly paired with wines, accompanied by insights from Wine Producer Matt Check and Chef Andre Meza of Oaxaca, Mexico. Engage with two industry leaders as they share their passion for food and wine.
• Post-Dinner: Wrap up the evening with a nightcap and mingling at the bar.
